Intention on 8 June, 7-10 pm

I’ve noticed how often two actors in a scene pull in myriad directions, having separate ideas of where they’d like the scene to go. It’s as if they’re two different scenes—because they are. They aren’t communicating, so the scene is a mess that’s frustrating to be a part of and challenging to watch.

Intention is the glue that keeps you two in flow. The Intention workshop will give you tools to immediately see where you and your partner can connect and effortlessly play the beat like pros.  

Exposition is your Friend, on 9 June, 8-11 pm

Getting bogged down in the “who, what, and where”? How much info is too much info? When have you had enough so you can “start” the fun part of the scene? It’s all in recognizing the feelings exposition offers you. Become aware of the feeling of being present, and you will suddenly know where you go next.
